Collection: Our Blends

Five totems, each built from a deliberate mix of origins. In an assemblage, we combine beans from two or three growing regions — one for body, another for acidity, a third for aromatics — to shape a character no single origin could deliver alone. Every blend still carries the fingerprint of its components: Älpha, for instance, draws part of its backbone from the same Ethiopian lots behind our pure-origin Örakle. Balance over accident, layered and made new.
